So the rear wire plugs were all tore off and the whole rear harness was garbage.
Found myself a really good shape harness from a 1st Gen truck and the plug in cab is the same. The only difference is the fuel pump plug and the rear tail light plugs. I went ahead and just cut the 1st Gen plug off and spliced my 3rd Gen right on and she fired right up

3rd Gen fuel pump plug

1st Gen fuel pump plug

Those door panels are functional and will certainly get you on the road!

OEM ones should be easily sourced at a junkyard, just keep an eye out!

Looking great so far!

The door panels I made for my 87 4runner. I used a CNC plasma table to cut out my holes, but some drill bits, hole saws, and a grinder can achieve the same thing. Used 20Ga Satin Coat steel, which is a galvanized coating that's ready to take paint, so no priming needed. Spray painted with Tremclad Red Oxide paint/primer.

Those look great man. Here in a couple weeks I'll make some much better looking ones but for now these will work

Thanks Dom. The way you did your panels has the gears turning in my head though.. I like the idea of some fibreboard and upholstery wrapping it, to give it that "Upholstery" feel. Next set might be metal backing plate, with fibre board glued to it and then wrapped. So many possibilities!

Truck is looking awesome by the way. Love the first gen bed on it.

Thanks man and yeah the door panels are already bugging me I Wana make some that look perfect and yes I like the vinyl wraping I wanna make a back board that match's them also with subs in it.
Soon as I get seats and seat buckles figured out some tires that are at least drivable I'm going to make new panels. I had a ˟˟˟˟y citing tool and my Staples were to long but lesson learned.
Now time to figure out if I need to replace fuse box...
Tried installing radio wasn't getting power so ofc I check fuse first what do you know... Radio fuse and cig lighter fuse are both melted to crap.. the box it self is melted too can't even get a fuse to stay in lol.
All other fuses are fine and functional.. I want my radio to work properly and I'm bad with electrical so idk what to do lol
