Well its been a while but trucks still running and taking me to work and home everyday. It just recently developed a good misfire whenever I get up to about 2750-3000 rpm's. I just ordered plugs wires distributor cap and rotor bc it hasnt had a tune up in a good while so hopefully that should fix it. But its developed a kind of light whistle/squeal that to me sounds like it might be the waterpump going out? I dont really know, thats just a guess but with 304,000 on the stock one it could be. Really wanted to get some sliders and make a new front bumper for it but right now funds just dont permit so hopefully sometime in the near future.

Got a chance to get out on the mountain and drive some trails yesterday briefly before it got dark. Had a good time just cruising the trails with my honey, and even got her to take a couple pictures haha. Didn't really get many bc it was hard enough to convince her to get out in the cold to take these haha.

And of course she didn't get one of when I actually got up on the rock but oh well it was fun

Well quick update, got my plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and also my bell crank rebuild kit in the mail today so hopefully I'll be able to get everything in this weekend. Sure will be nice to have an e brake. Also changed the oil and filter and the whine/whistle is gone that I thought might've been the water pump so idk what it might have been but hopefully it doesn't come back.

Thanks man!
Got my cap, rotor, plugs, and wires in today. I was afraid that with 304,000 miles on the engine the plugs would be oil covered from rings going out. But the old plugs looked awesome, I was truly surprised. Didn't really get a chance to see if the new parts did the trick because of freezing rain we had here all day so the roads are terrible. But I'm confident everything will be fine. Also got a chance yesterday to drive some new trails with my buddy who has a lifted 03 or something wrangler on 33 Cooper stt's. With about 3" of snow on the mountain he was afraid I wouldn't make it..... Hahahahaha...... But we had a good time and I showed him what the yote could do.
