Mark,
when/if you go full-float rear do not use the Supra Calipers I am using(which are the only supra calipers with a center pull park brake) they will not hold your truck on anything but a slight incline.
You want to use the FJCruiser rear drum/disc setup. Contact Brian at Front Range Offroad Fab he is working on a kit for the Full-float with the FJ rear brakes. This is what I am going to switch to also.

GOT MY rear 95 axles new LOWRANGEOFFROAD.COM premium KOYO & Marlin Kit installed and the original backing plates off mine, pressure washed and slapped on to these slightly longer 2nd gen 4 runner axles! ( at least 3/16s of an inch longer, which was supposed to make them stronger because they enter carrier splines deeper.....
I will get some pictures up ASAP. Camera is dead and I'm letting it charge and typing from my seat right now. Lol. I have lots of updates to do and I've just had no spare time to manage uploading to photobucket and all that. It's so much easier to just take a picture and click enter and post it up to Instagram all day long. Lol. I've learned and had so much more fun here, but I just had to cut back because it was consuming so much of my time and I was ending up with less and less time, from day to day, to spare.. Wahhhh, I know, I know! Lol....
Lots to share in the personal life as well, and hopefully I can get back here as quickly as possible. Just wanted to share what was currently going on

Glad to see you got the runner fixed. I had not realized the 95 axles were that much more beefier. Looks like a big difference. I was able to get on the wife phone and take a look at Instagram and seen you do have quite a bit going on and it is looking good. Still really haven't figured the Instagram thing out and will be sometime before I ever move over to it as I always a little behind the times on technology.
I see on the 95 axle the brake adjuster is on top and here I am thinking I may have finally figured out how to do rear brakes. Rear brakes have always been a problem for me. A Chinese puzzle would be easier for me to figure out. Those rear brakes look great as well.
It is 3-6 months out but Ruby will live again. I shouldn't be much longer on my truck and it is a well loaded SR5 and I have a red one like you have that has all the options yours had. It is going to take a while to get it to where Ruby was but it will happen. (slowly of course, lol) I am on an SR5 kick now.

Half Doors.....
And about a thousand more things that I need to catch up on! I push and push the site as much as I can, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get on much... going like crazy on Instagram because it's so quick to just post a 15 second video or a picture, and caregiving for my mom has increased quite a bit and so has work and the needs of my daughters and grandkids. Still, I feel bad because the site has been so good to me and I dig all the people I've met and all that I've learned on here! Best site ever! I wish it was integrated with the other ones so that I could just simultaneously post everything to Google+ and YouTube and so on... Oh well, just need to find some time. I have another project coming to be delivered on Saturday, no info until then. Lol. I've learned to not say anything until I see the milk coming out! Lol. So, for now, here's me finishing up my half doors! ...
