Do people not use dog boxes for dog hunting in Missouri? What about the coon hunters up there?

They use dog boxes in Iowa, never seen a homemade one tho as thats what urs looks like. Don't know why more ppl don't build their own. Makes sense to me. Love the truck. Keep up the good work.

I hear ya, i bought it for $40 from CL, it works great, im not gonna spend $300 on an aluminum one since i plan on getting a camper shell with a luggage rack eventually. I was gonna have my uncle build me one, but this was still cheaper than just buying parts....

I may paint it but probably not, i dont want to make it too nice, that way i have an excuse to buy a camper top.

Speaking of camper tops, here is my idea:
Buy a camper top from either ARE or LEER,
Install a roof rack that will hold, a steel jerry can, jeep jack, and room for stuff like a deer cart and tree climber.
Install lights on rack in the front and rear plus small lighting inside.
Insulate the inside so that i can sleep in it and to keep the temp down for the dogs. I may even try to install a fan to pull the heat out cause in florida it may start out 30's 40's in the morning and get up to the high 70's even 80's.

I would basically be setting it up for hunting/camping.

We saw at least 40-50 Jeeps doing Eco drives or whatever Jeep people do, they use Ocala National Forest alot for stuff like that because its almost 500,000 acres.

Finally got around to posting this to You Tube,

Its a video of my truck in 1st gear and 4wd low climbing up a hill in idle only, the video was longer but i kept getting phone calls while i was driving up the hill so this was the best video out of the 3 that i had. This was before exhaust was finished. (Exhaust videos coming soon)

It took forever to make it up the hill, lol.
