I found that i have a whole in my gas tank in the lowest part of the top of my tank. Ordered a new tank for $197 shipped from my mechanic friend, until then i cant fill it more than 3/8 full....

Also (after reading tons of theads on here as well as other sites) i ordered 3 quarts of Redline MT 90 gear oil for changing my tranny fluid. I checked it because my tranny started to smoke and overheat the other day, when i checked it it was very bubbley and looked like it had water in it. So ill be changing that soon.

I finally got my exhaust done, and it came out pretty nice, it reduced the drone in cab drasticly, it also seems to respond better on the low end acceleration. Will be uploading a before and after video soon. Heres some pics.

I went out the other day and took some action pics, these little drop offs are alot stepper then they seem in the pictures, but here they are.

Also included some side shots by request. And some shots of the exhaust, which im very happy with and get alot of compliments driving around town.

Got my Redline MT-90 in and changed it out, i noticed that its definitely smoother and the thing that i like is that it stays cooler and my gears dont get hard to change whenever im offroad and switching gears alot, before it would almost lock up and wasnt able to switch into gear. What do ya'll recommend in the t-case and diffs? Should i use the MT-90 as well, i have no problem spending money on a quality product if its gonna help, i do haul stuff sometimes so i definitely wanna have it in the rear diff unless there is a product that is good and cheaper since there is no brass....

Yes in the transfer case, and I do not think its suitable for differentials. Read the bottle or google to make sure..... I run t6 in my gear box n T case.

Well the title or "label" says "MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND TRANSAXLE GEAR LUBE" would transaxle be the differentials? I will google it also.

Looks like Heavy Shock proof for T-Case and 75w90 GL-5 for diffs, all Redline products.

ive been torn between two of my favorite color schemes. Marpat woodland, or desert! XD It may be a little moto, but i was a grunt for 5 years so its hard for me to resist. plus, i think it would look pretty cool (albeit exceedingly time consuming) and very original/unique.

the biggest thing when it comes to paint longevity is the prep work to make sure no surface rust will form underneath, and the clear coat(s) to lock everything in.

That would look pretty badass. The main thing that im also concerned with is scratch resistence, because i frequent 4-wheeler trails and am always scracthing the hell out a my paint.....

Man every time I look at your thread it makes me want to get another 3rd gen!!!

Im liking the exhaust outlets in the bumper, looks sweet.

And that side shot looks GREAT!! I need to get 35's!!

My vote goes to the OD green paint with Black rims.

Thats funny cause he had 2 chicks with hime, they were hot too, and when i drove over to him they were like "this is the 3rd time weve been stuck in the last 24 hours" and it made me think of all the times ive been stuck when my wife was with me, lol.

I second the "stupid rangers" comment. Especially cause i had a mazda B3000 and a B2500 and have buried both of them out in the woods many times.

Quick question, how hard is it to remove and install new gastank in these things?

So last weekend i ran into the PO at Tractor Supply. Ya'll were right they are 5.29 gears!!!!! i had a feeling also.

Also found out that when he sold this truck to the dealership that i bought it from that the new engine only had 25k miles on it, i am stoked about that, ive put about 10-11k since i bought it, and now i know that it will be running for a long time. And i did get his phone number since im sure ill have more questions for him.

Gas tank is in, but my work is so slow right now i cannot afford to pay my buddy for the tank....... so im filling 5 gallons at a time grrrrrrr.

I did install some window cranks so now i dont have to use a vice grip to open and close my window, lol.
