and on a side note, it came with three leaf springs, 2 fronts and 1 rear, fronts look beat, but i may get them re-arched and re-worked depending on the price.

progress?

make a rears up front pack for the front springs, dont rearch the stock ones, you wont be happy with the push pull steering and short leaf springs.

I don't know if you have HID lights up your end, but I have installed HID lights for the roof bar, the bullbar and the headlights. they only use 35 watts of power, but they put out 4 times more light than your 60/55 head light and a lot brighter than your 150 watt driving lights. and they can be picked up pretty cheap as well, after all we all want more light at night, it certainly helps if you can see what you are going to run into.

The 4runner is looking good. Keep it up!

I was looking through your buildup and I have may have a few extra parts (some new) laying around that may help you save some coin on the solid axle buildup -

New Koyo wheel bearings
Trail gear front axle gussets/shock mounts
probably more...

PM me if you are interested - I am local.

I came across this post on Pirate - majority of the swap parts needed for reasonable price, worth checking out at least -
