Haters=motivation not trying to be a jerk just joshing you a little. I actually like it when people do the unconventional way it will be more rewarding if you succeed everyone knows you can drop a 5.0/350/4.3/3.4 or what not in your truck and call it good. but what about doing what toyota didn't do and making a good motor out of a 3.oh no a hill. I've actually got a really unconventional swap in process right now but its hush hush cause im not showing till all is done. looking forward to your build good luck!

You seem to have this planned out well, and I also agree on the headers. "They" say thats the best thing for this motor. What are you doing about an intake?

I will put it together with the CAI and see what happens. The intake will be simple to modify later if something convinces me that anything needs to happen in that department

I took the quick way out and went with OERI out of Oregon after much conversation with John the owner. Engine to be installed by the weekend and I will give updates and details - I do know they use Rock gasket sets

Sorry - has to take a different turn and didn't get the pictures along the way - had someone out of town fix it at thier shop by installing the OER engine. It's up and running with a few minor adjustments to make. Once it is done done I will post video if I can figure out how
