Thanks man, I'm definitely going to have to ask some questions at some point, because there is alot of stock vacuum lines that are on the fuel pump side which Im going to have to figure out, I've . been keeping up on your build as well.I still have to gain the courage to start weeding the electrical harness, did you use a wiring diagram or did you tape the unwanted plugs and start cutting? I'm hoping there isn't much intertwined together.

Yeah, mine was a 22re and i had been in and out of the harness doing head gaskets and motor swaps in a few trucks so i knew the harness quite well and i started by pulling the harnessback into the cab, unwrapping the whole harness and cutting out stuff i knew was gas related like injector clips then tps and that kind of stuff that is unique to the 22re and kept stuff like the blue single wire for the temp sensor. the 3.0 will be different but in one of the clips you should knock your self down to just the starter wire and you need to keep the starter relay in the engin bay agian not sure on the 3.0.
When you are just taking out wires and not reusing them its not that bad took me a half hour I still ahve about 10 wires left over but they are stuff like oil light, temp and a few other things. Kind of funny though i taped them up and tucked them off to the side. a few weekes later they made their way back out and the GF got in and i guess didnt care about what she was stepping on and grounded out the light for the oil light. freaked out when i was doing about 3k rpm down the hwy and it came on then i got confused, then i figured that it wasent hooked upand more I asked her to pick up here feet and guess what the light went out.

Great start to an epic project, cant wait to see more.

I feel you on the lack of a garage... and you get way more snow than I do.

Winter games!

Alright guys, I know its been awhile but heres the deal. I've been ordering parts left and right. A few weeks ago I had the great opportunity to meet up with riddarunner to check out his OM powered runner. It was simply awesome! to see and ride in it got me pumped for my build. With winter on the way its going to put a damper on things around here in the north east. However, rome wasn't built in a day. Here's a few things that I've been up to.

I got my lockrite from Marlin

Trail gear shock hoops

Trail gear spring hanger

Another free parts truck

Prepped my axle for some paint and rebuild

I was able to salvage another toyota axle from destruction! As well as the old school rear axle which is in great shape. I've been cleaning my 80 spring pack for the sas. I just need to paint them. At the junkyard I found some knobby 33x12.5 tires (awesome shape) I'll run until they're crap and upgrade for the 35's later. I got a deal on them I only paid 20 bucks for the set of 4 when they're at least a 600 dollar set new.

I also have to take pictures of the
Tires
Sky manufacturing Toyota lasered truss that I got
Trailgear differential armor (Small and large)

I need to swing down to southern southern maine to visit riddarunner again to pick up another extended cab, cab from him (mint shape, no rust and floor board already prepped for dual cases) As well as a single rear drive shaft from him as well.

My next order consist of:
Dual Adapter
4.70 Tcase gears
Spring bushings
Marlin HD clutch pack
Another locker
and so forth.

This was tonight's job!

Might be slow to update, but stay tuned folks!

Great job, you work fast!

Lucky you with the free parts truck. That front bumper looks like its in really good condition. Any chance you're planning on parting with it?

Yeah man, the guy has like massive garage space he just built this year, since i live rather close I can use it from time to time but not all the time.

here's a few

The guy loves classics, prolly has more than 50 I'd say in 3 different garage setups.

Compressor

I had just gotten back from NY tonight and I went into the shop to see what my buds were up to, my friend was having problems with his air lines on the tractor he was working on, he was rummaging around the cab and pulled out this baby.

He bought this compressor brand new and ended up never using it. I'm contemplating an on board air option...I'm not sure yet but we'll see....
