How tall are you?
I love my first gen and I did DD for 9 months, but they have small cabs and if you're over 6 foot and regularly drive more than an hour and a half it gets cramped.

5'11". BUT im only 18 so im still growing. im pretty sure im keeping this until i get all the electrical gremlins figured out. then well go from there.

no real update, got a new battery and alt. but its starting to get cold here and snows comin! ive been talking to Jess at High Angle Driveline, so i should have 4wd sometime soon. ive been toughing it out in 2wd for now. Alt went out on me on my way back from chico. some pictures just for the hell of it

















dont think i posted any finished pics of the engine, which fired right up this morning in 15 degree weather

Dang! you sure are moving along on your rig ,I must have jumped into it at odd times . Sure is looking good ,nice bumper and lift . Wish I could keep up on mine !! Sure Looks like Tahoe in the winter been boarding up there.

i don't have that problem with my 1st Gen

HB-hope you get the wiring gremlin killed...I have them too.
Curious how much High Angle quoted you for a front D/S...

thanks guys, OC he said $150 without long slip and $320 with long slip. that includes clearancing the CV.
