4runFreaks 1987 Beast build

Hey guys, i'm new here, but I bought a 1987 4runner dlx. That needed a timing chain. pulled the head to replace the head gasket the the head was cracked. Long stor short now i'm doing a complete gasket overhaul and I was wondering if anybody had tips before I dive right in. ANY help is appreciated (the engine is a 4cylinder) thanks

I don't know if this is the right place to put this question...maybe the tech section. But, I just got done doing a whole top end rebuild due to a timing chain failure and warped head on my 89 4Runner. Check out this thread https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...cement-212688/ it helped a lot in my build. You can always PM me and I can see if I can't get you through stuff. Factory service manual and a hayne's helped me a TON! Just take your time and use a lot of pictures and labels!
