22re idles low after full rebuild. Any ideas?

22re idles low after full rebuild. Any ideas?
Just finished rebuilding my '91 22re. Timing is set correctly. Once the engine
warms up it idles low if at a standstill. I've heard suggestions of a bad temp sensor, don't understand how that would have any correlation. Another suggestion was a bad coil. Looking for other ideas....
