Anybody know much about upholstery? I have SR5 seats, but thought about getting them recovered or steam cleaned...anyone ever cleaned theirs? I love the SR5 pattern in the middle and didn't want do get rid of that if I didnt hav too...

ok...here is a video clip of my truck. any ideas why its is smoking? I don't think its burning oil or a blown head gasket. has new k&n filter, wires, plugs, dist cap, headers, thats all i can remember at this late hour...

Did it smoke before? Timing could be off, burning the "new" off your header etc.

it could be the timing...don't think its the headers, bc Its been driven enough where the new should be burned...

WAB, what oil do you recommend using in the new diff for break-in?

I always use cheap stuff for first 500 miles for break in then switch to synthetic.
I prefer Royal Purple as I have a local dealer who keeps it in stock.

parts on the way..

New 3rd from WabFab (ARB Locker/4:88), Chromoly axles, etc. going in Thursday/Friday... pics to come...

Plus ordered some goodies from Marlin today...

turtle stickers

I agree with nothing wrong with the turtle stickers, but I plan to do what bigmike did, and stick em' on the diff once I rebuild them and get protection welded up.

...and my tax return came, but wouldn't pay for all this. notice the date on the start of this build...be saving my dollas.
