I have an ARB front on my '85 4runner and I like it. It's the only non-tube front bumper I like.

Havn't done much under the hood, except LCE headers, K&N filter, new plus, wires, dist. cap, blah, blah, blah...runs great, but still smokes everynow and then. (covering my bases still) Found a pin hole leak in a coolent hose along the fire wall gotta fix.
OH, and ordered new axle seals, rear Chromoly axles and new 3rd mem w/ 4:88 gears,& ARB locker. thnx to WabFab

Still have it in the back of the truck...testing. Don't know which I like better or if at all yet. also have the MC rear to put on. Gonna keep it for sure!

IMO, if you want my opinion, i think ARBs look good on the newer trucks like tacomas and 4runners, but on the older pickups, stinger bumpers/winch bumpers look sick. especially the addicted one

I think a tube bumper would look better myself...also since I will have a rear tube bumper.

any other thought guys?

I think the ARBs look good on '84-'88 pickups and 4runners. On '89-'95 pickups tube bumpers look the best.

truck looks amazing the paint is gorgeous and i vote keep the arb up front and the MC for the rear. everyone always matches tube front and rear or plate front and rear. i say mix it up. when are you getting the over priced bfg km2's? haha why krawlers, when km2's are the same things with siping and are cheaper? just curious no hard feelings

I think I have changed my mind to either Iroc's or pitbulls 35's or 36's..just got 4:88 gears/ARB locker for the rear, gonna get the fronts done soon..

ready to drive it to the OBX...with my tube doors on!
