Sort out dash with gauges etc V1

Helper in shed....!

Uprate fronts...

Subaru disk Rears with hand brake...

Wow you made some quick work of those little projects.
I love the way you made the cross member. I would have never thought to use the bender that way. I have the same one in the shop. Any pics from the underside showing from a different angle.

Thanks for the comments fellas! I am just hacking away, no artist, and the pics don't show the amount I have messed up along the way! Sorry for delay in replies as well, most of my employment is overseas so I tend to drop out for a month or so occasionally.
The cross member did come out good! It was a fair amount of messing around and in materials way cheaper than from a shop....add the time I spent on it then probably not but I like to try and do stuff myself if I can.
I scored it across first with the grinder then notched out a bit of scrap bar to fit on the top of the bender jack.

If your going to do this, make sure you use a decent thickness of bar, the one I used bent during the bending, didn't affect anything but next time I will use a stronger bit..
When it was all the right shape I ran a few beads of weld back through the score troughs to finish, then paint.

The grille is held on with epoxied cut down threaded bar, then washers and nuts to suit...

Just starting work on the suspension now which is seeming to be more complicated than it should be!
Cheers
