hello. brought a 82 truck from Massachusetts to Colorado. drove good. leak from timing cover, carb needed to be adjusted to elevation more. so i pulled cover, resealed it like i have before and put the crank key at the 12 o clock position, (or at 5 degrees) and the dizzy at the 11 o clock position. tried moving dizzy and degrees on crank little by little and cant ever fire it. need some answers to help me out. when i set the crank timing i just used a 19mm and put a small food stick in the first cylinder until i feel it hit the top and the crank is at 5 degrees. there is also no shortage of spark and fuel. so im really stumped. here. new battery and starter to boot. any input appreciated.!

 

also to add, the engine is .20 over with a 38 weber carb. whatever helps!
