Yes I opted for the extra sound deadening as an option. It does smell nice and seems a bit surreal to have it done after repairing holes in the floor pans, herculining, POR 15 applications, etc.

Built some door cards today and while the glue was curing put the seats, console, rear view mirror and sun visors back in the truck. Here’s some pics.

Still haven’t decided what to do with the shifter boots.

1/4” birch wrapped with an old piece of marine grade vinyl that was laying around from a previous project.

Everything’s ok it’s just that we’re having an unseasonably early spring this year so landscaping season is in full swing. Once the spring rush dies down I’m hoping to carve out some time for the Toyota and get it finished up.

Glad everything is ok. Enjoy your spring weather, we had snow Sunday, and extremely cold weather. I'm over it. Weather says we will be in the 80's by Friday. It's 27 right now.

 

Not a big fan of winter myself but this year has been a cakewalk. Only had to shovel once and that was a couple inches. Our forecast highs the next three days are low eighties which would all be records. Sounds like maybe your area will see spring weather starting late this week.
