My Toyota 4Runner is very gutless and i was wondering if i replace the head gaskets will that help?

 

You should consult a local mechanic that you trust.
Sounds like you are not experenced with auto issues.
Changing headgaskets will likely not help your power issue.
Please give some history on your truck, and tell us what kind of maintaince/ tune-up work has been done on it in the past
