WTB[PacNorWest]: Spare tire hardware

Spare tire hardware
For some reason this stuff goes into a black hole. I am looking for the whole package (so to speak) bar and handle (mostly) that lowers the spare tire. A factory jack would be nice along with the bag that has the lug wrench and the handle for the rod. Anybody has this around and not using it.?
