Question Things to do before starting up Datsun for first time in 3 months?

Quick Q:

My Z has been sitting idle in my garage since September while I redid the dashboard. I disconnected the negative battery terminal so as to save the battery.

Everything is reinstalled and I've turned the key to ACC - all the dash lights work!

I want to get it out of the garage and pull in my truck for my transmission swap. Is there anything I should do to the Z before turning it over? Pour a little oil over the valve train, hand-turn the crank a few times? Anything else or should it be fine to just turn over with no prep?

Thanks!

Or, tried to eat your wires under the hood.

Thanks Guys.

The only thing that's been in my garage are raccoons and I'm pretty sure they don't fit into my air filter housing Will check it out before I turn the crank.

Ah yes, I read your raccoon thread. They do like chewing on hoses and wires though.....they wreck havoc on farm equipment around here. Good luck!

It started fine, let it idle for fifteen minutes, then a quick run round the block. Truck is now in the garage for the next project!
