I love Mustangs, the vert is one of my favorite , you will have fun with it, we have had our's for 4years now and the wife still leaves my GT500 alone, are you going to do any Mods to it?

I LOVE the Shelby. I would have loved to buy one of those, there was only one thing stopping me. (cash) LOL.
My 2009 now has a Brenspeed tuner with Ford Racing Cold air intake. Flowmasters and that's all for now. The 93 Octane tune made a world of difference. Nothing like the Shelby I am sure. I got to see a SuperSnake at the car show in Illinois a couple of months ago, what a beauty. 725 HP if I remember correctly.

I'll keep my Camaro

 

My had a 70 mach1 and I sold it real cheap, we just bought a new house and couldnt have more then 3 vechicles, im still kicking my self for that one, so that is how she got her vert. Its only a 6 banger but it still move, nothing like the 2011 v6 models, 305hp now that is some serious hp for a 6banger. We had a car show where i work a couple of years ago, some of these rides were impresive.

 

I haven't had a chance to drive the new 2011 GT. 411 HP from the factory. This is still the modular motor I believe? YEAH, NO PUSHRODS !!! I am going to go test drive one some weekend when I get some free time, just to drive it, NOT BUY IT !

 

I read that the 2011 gt with a CAI will take a SS Camaro with 426hp,being that its lighter and the straight axel can handle that kind of torque better then the Camaro. Anyway you really are going to enjoy your Stang, I plan on keeping our's and this TR4 for a long time.

love the GT 500 looks sick. i don't have a mustang but i want an black '03 cobra with a hellion hellraiser kit. also wouldn't mind building a 67 shelby GT 500 as project car. but nice GT 500 looks good.

 

I thought I was the only person alive who had a Mustang and a T4R.
Is that a 95 Runner? The tires and wheel combo is very nice. How many miles? Looks like you have spent a few bucks on that one.

 

I have driven the Camaro and it is very nice, but the Mustang is quicker now because of the weight. I forget the weight differential, but it is definitely substantial. Just the weight of the 6+ liters of motor is enough to slow it down. Very nice cars though. The other downfall was the blind spots, it seemed like I couldn't see very well without turning around because of the shortie windows. Have a great night.
