2003 Camry Sensor question

Well it's still a toyota but it's a camry so I thought this was the right place. My buddy called me because he had this wire hanging down in his front bumper and he wanted to see what it was. My best guess is that it's the air bag sensor in the front bumper. It looks like the clip that attaches it to wherever it goes is busted. Any further insights would be great. Thanks.

Too bad the phone focused on the paint not the sensor. Sorry. The number on it appears to be 077500-5197

Its the outside temp sensor. Basically, tells you how hot/cold it is outside on your dash (or your mirror, depending on how they did it that year)

The white part on the bottom is whats left of the plastic bracket that snapped off. Just jamb is back up there and call it good

For the record, ALL airbag related components in ANY Toyota vehicle has bright yellow conduit around the wires leading to the sensor, and every airbag sensor (one per side) is labeled with a bright red label. They are also FIRMLY bolted to the core support or frame. They won't just pop off.
