Clocklaw: where did you get your rear storage box from? Does it have plenty of room for a 1 gallon gas can and other items? I've been looking for a cargo box but most I've seen that would serve my purpose aren't as good looking and too expensive.

Cool thread. I am checking out craigslist everyday now looking for a quad. I am going to get a honda or yamaha more than likely and I want a 4wd other than that Im an atv noob. I had a dirtbike when I was a kid that had the 4-wheeler tires on it. I think they were called fat cats or something like that.

or pit bikes but it depends on what typ of terrain ur gonna be riding ur quad in that makes all the difference, i LOVE mine but i cant do crap in off camber hill climb typ situations and has small tires+ chain drive= bad for mud so i try to stick to wide open areas with sand

It is a Tamarack Titan Front Box. I got a good deal on it but hated it on the front of the bike (can't see over it good enough) so I got the old style Tamarack front and put the Titan on the back. It should hold a 1 gallon without a problem...it has allot of storage:

This is what it looked like on the front:

this is my 07 KX450f sitting in front of my 95 4runner and my 85 dropped/shaved/beefed Chevy C-10

Another on my 07 KX450 at a race in Bozeman. Went 2-4 for 3rd overall in Vet Pro that day.

Another of my 07 KX450f at a Ironman GP race in Conrad. Got 3rd overall after 4 1/2 hours of hell!!!

Here's a shot of me and my 05 CRF450x waiting for my teamate to return with the transponder at the 24 hours of starvation ridge team race in Goldendale, WA 2008. We finished 12th overall and 4th in the Vet Expert.

Here's a couple of shots from the first ride on my 09 Honda CRF450R in which it didn't take long to figure out I hated that bike!!!

In which I got rid of it after a few months in favor of the 09 KX450f Monster Energy edition. VERY first race on the bike I went 1-2 for 1st overall in the Vet Pro MX at Bozeman so I was a happy man with the bike!!

I guess you could say that I eat, sleep, breath, and live dirt bikes and racing. I still have all 3 of my 450's in which they are all setup for different types of racing. And I ride them all the time!!!
hey man we might have to go wheeling and riding sometime because i live in helena lol
