I got a used 1998 1200S, bone stock with about 7000 miles on it in about 2003. It's gone now (sold), but it was fun to build.

The reason I sold it is that it was impossible to resist driving it WAY too fast. I saw speeding citations, and possibly an ambulance ride in my future, so it had to go... What can I say, every time I looked at my two kids and wife, I wondered how they'd get along if anything happened to me. Oh well.

The engine had that beautiful metalflake grey glossy paint. Here is the signal generator cover-I replaced the phillips head screws with allen bolts.
