Qr20 to 12mm bolt thru

Well I have a 2004 norco rampage.. pretty much built up.. time to upgrade to a fully frame so i have my eye on a 05 devinci 8flat8

But, i just got a killer rim setup last season mag 30 with a hope pro 2 hub. And now im not sure if i can convert the qr20 on my rampage onto this 8flat8..

any ideas or insights?

A 20mm hub is a front size. A 12mm bolt thru axle is for the rear. Do I understand right that you want to convert these 2?

You should be able do that just need to put in a new axle.

yeah, i picked up the frame today.. drove 600kms haha. its a sick frame, i love it.

so far ive run into, rear hub is a 135mm and the frame is a 150mm.. so now i have to see if i can get a spacer setup or something like that. convert it to a 12mm, need a new front fork and seatpost... yaya moneypits!

You won't beable to put a spacer in because of the disk brakes spacing and the derailleur on the opposite side. You'll just have to get a new hub. Have fun on it!
