Looking for any aftermarket intake for 96-98 4runner 3.4 v6.

 

Most people on YT will tell you to stay away from K&N filters because of the excessive oil issues. Do a search for ISR (intake silencer removal) mod...it seems to be the cheapest way to gain some HP. I did the ISR and man was it loud under full throttle! Afterwards, I went with the S&B intake system. They're pretty cheap compared to the K&N and have the filter in an enclosure. Good luck!

 

i LOOKED FOR THE S&B intake and there isnt an actual intake for my year model! will the 99 -02 fit my 97 4runner? Its the same engine isnt it! If you know it would help a lot. Thanks.

I've got one, I can throw in the cleaner and filter oil too, just used once. It might be missing a few bolts and or a hose. I had it on my '99 Taco, but it should fit your 4runner. Make me an offer.
