I'm looking for a 3rd. gen rear tail gate essentially. I don't need the window or any of the hardware, I just need the shell, I backed into a freakin pole like a moron and have a nice dent in it now.

Let me know what you have or maybe even suggestions to remedy this problem. My truck is black so obviously I'd prefer black but it doesn't have to be.

Post pics of damage. Is it repairable?

 

I've got a good Green one in the middle Tennessee area.

 

It may be repairable, I'm not sure, I was able to push a little of it out with my hand but the rest is not quite accessible because of the mechanics of the rear window. I'm going to try one of those ding king things just to see if that pulls it out. I'm not sure cause I don't want the paint to buckle...?

I'll post pics around 6ish ET tonight, gotta get back to work this afternoon.


Hmm really, do you have any pics of it. Again I'm really just needing the shell, not the window or the rest of the mechanics. It'll depend on if I can pull it out of this one... I'm assuming yours is in decent shape besides the paint job...? How much would you be looking to get for it? I'd probably have to have you ship it...that be ok?

I have a shell with a ding in it, it is an unpainted genuine toyota shell. I would take $125 for it pickup here.
