I am considering going with an ARB style bumber, and i have a 1999 painted bumper that was recently replaced due to collision. its in great shape. Make me an offer... I also live near Baltimore and am coming home from school for chistmas break and will be there from Dec. 15th-Jan 16th with a vacation from christmas until new years...
