Probably cheaper to get your chrome ones painted.

Steal some off a Base model. They arent exactly black but theyre pretty close. If you decide to paint chrome and end up getting a scratch on your bumper, its gunna be pretty noticable. But a scratch on painted over gray Base bumpers would be a lot less noticable
