Taurus Electric fan for 3.4L

I have a Taurus fan bolted to a aluminum shroud ready to drop into the 3.4L engine. This is pretty much a bolt in fan and your off. Asking $150 for the fan and shroud. Comes with relays and a photo switch to detect actually fan motion instead of voltage at fan. This is a nice set up. I'm not using it because I do a lot of towing and left the clutch fan in. Needed reliability of the mech fan.

Is that a DCC controller included with that?
