stock diesel full engine, wiring, bell housing, full swap Mansfield, OH $200
Engine and everything else for this swap is located in Mansfield, Ohio.
Selling a Toyota diesel engine. The engine is from a 1984 Toyota pickup. It has roughly 200,000 miles on it, but it drove very nicely when it was in my truck. It ran smooth when it was in my truck. Even with the miles on it these diesels run pretty strong and I never had any issues with it. I only drove it a couple hundred miles before I decided to swap engines. I wanted to convert the truck over to EFI, so in went a 22RE, and every corresponding piece to make it run, from the same year as my truck (1985). Now, it's time to sell the engine and everything that was taken out during the conversion. This is basically a complete diesel swap including full engine, diesel starter and alternator, diesel bell housing and back plate (to mate it to a G52 or W56 tranny), the flywheel, clutch, all wiring under the hood and cab harness, and I believe the power steering lines. Also, has many brackets, hoses, and all bolts/nuts/hardware taken off during the swap. Oh, and the fan, pulleys, and belts. Also comes with exhaust piece to mount diesel to stock gas exhaust outlet in back of truck. And it also comes with the diesel fuel tank. I'm probably forgetting something, but I have pictures of everything. Not too sure on the engine size, but I have seen diesels in 1982 and 1985 Toyota pickups that look identical (they were 2.2 and 2.4 respectively).
I would like to get $200 to get this sold. You don't need to go out and search for anything to make this work. No junkyard runs, ebay searches, or craigslist. Everything is right here. Just throw it all in and you should be good to go. Also, if by some chance there is a piece missing once the buyer has picked everything up, and has gone through with putting the diesel in their vehicle, I will search my garage (that's where all the parts were put after being removed) and try to find the piece.
Lastly, you will notice that the opening in the bell housing for the clutch fork is on the opposite side when compared to either a G52 or a W56. Don't worry, the clutch fork on your gas transmission can just be spun around so that it goes out either side depending on the tranny you have when using this stock bell housing. There's no need to search for a diesel clutch fork, you can just use the one you have already. The shop did this with my old clutch fork.
Here is the engine:

Clutch, flywheel, alternator, starter, fan, nuts/bolts/hardware, brake booster? (I can't remember what that thing in the front is called. Could be the brake master cylinder):

Exhaust pipe (I believe from the exhaust manifold to rear exhaust), all wiring under the hood and in the cab, I believe the power steering lines, and also I think there is a A/C piece for the diesel set up:
***note that the exhaust manifold for these diesels is on the opposite side as the 22RE of the same years (1985ish). The downpipe in the picture goes around and connects where the stock 22R/22RE rear exhaust sits.

diesel bell housing (to mate to a G52 or W56), bell housing back plate, belts (that's all that were on it when it ran), a few covers, and electronics for glow plugs and other things:
***note the clutch fork opening on the bell housing is on the opposite side (you can still use your old clutch fork), refer to the description for details on using your old clutch fork.

Hoses (radiator and others), pulleys, a few brackets, and I think the square piece is for the battery:

Man I'm getting ready to do that very conversion. And for $200 I'd love to have a spare engine. Where about ma are you. I live in southern Maryland. Also you say you have a diesel AC compressor bracket?

I (and the diesel engine) am in Mansfield, Ohio. It is roughly about an hour south of Cleveland on route 71. I believe it has the AC pieces, but I never got a chance to use that. It does have all engine brackets, but I can't say for certain about all the AC accessories and hardware.

I want to mention that the engine is priced low to encourage buyers to come pick it up. The cost to ship is rather high, which could just be my area I am not sure. You will not be disappointed with the engine and swap pieces. I priced it low to make a quick sale to someone who can use it, and so they won't break the bank in fuel expenses coming to pick it up.

Still have it? I have a coworker who said he would buy it now. I can get you two guys together and work out the details, as he has a brother in law in your area who will pick it up. Just let me know.
