I have already received a couple of calls, we'll see where it leads. If it doesn't sell for an appropriate price, I'll have it next season.
I still plan to wheel with you guys one way or another.
And, Josh, No I will not be building an X-90.

When the Deathrunner goes, I will build something else. Until then, it's still my truck, it's gonna be used the way it was intended. Tell Alex, I'll still be around. I intend to take on a new project, not to terminate the friendships that have been established.
I've made so many videos with the deathrunner, if I ever get nostalgic, I can just watch one of those. Hell, I should film a first person video on the next run.

I'm selling it and I can't stop modding it. Yes, I'm a retard.
I've got a Bud Built transfer case crossmember and skid waiting to go on, and I am replacing the allpro brake pads and rotor with new stuff. I just got done fixing the headlight combo switch and isntalling an H4 conversion kit with the 4crawler harness. I might as well enjoy this thing while I've got it.

ya dude even if it sits for awhile until you can catch up with your bills is still better then getting rid of it!

And I thought you would still have it to swap a 3.4L in there. Guess not, though.
I couldn't imagine selling mine for any price so I can only wonder to the reasons driving you to a decision to sell. If I did sell it I would probably be prone to turn down a potential sale just because the guy drove a VW Fox.

wow... sorry to hear that ya gotta sell the truck.
My 4Runner is a long way from becoming something like the DeathRunner, but its been an inspiration for me. Lots of ideas you implemented are being "borrowed" for my 4Runner.
Last 3+ years the truck has been in the barn sitting quietly.
Married, house, kids... waiting.
I had been slowing gathering parts - but not doing any mods (other than paper mods as in plans)
I can understand your pain, I really do hope you find some way to manage financially..
BTW - one option is to stop modding it for a few years - maybe even put it in storage.
Ive been fortunate in that I had a friend who rented me storage in his barn for cheap...

Dude you're killing me. This is like watching a slow death. Stick a Sethmetal logo on the side of Deathrunner and use it as a tax write-off!!
#39
Just get up early and deliver newspapers or something. Make more money and keep the truck.

But don't move to Arizona, we're full.

I should write into monster garage and see if they can turn the Deathrunner into a Newspaper launcher.
