Aha, thanks Mark. New job with really long hours and more physical demands is really making me tired.

n/p Mike... I know people are anxious and figured I'd try to head off John getting buried in more email.

John called me today so I had a chance to make sure that my order was moving forward. He has had trouble with getting the updated e-mail invoice out, having tried three times. He emphasized that he will make sure that all orders will be taken care of.

Just curious, how are these being shipped? USPS or UPS/FEDEX?

Word is from the grapevine is that some of the SG units are being shipped out as we speak. Not sure via what method they're being shipped out though.

This is the email I received from John:

Hello Allen,

Nope, no Blendmount for anything but the Titan, Armada, Frontier, and xTerra. Sorry about that.

Talk to you soon,

John

So it's a no go for the BlendMount for our rigs. It looks like it wouldn't fit on top of the rear view mirror either. Maybe someone could mock up some sort of prototype?

its not that it wouldnt bolt to your mirror, its that there is no room...

Although it should be added that many of the 4runners with the upgraded auto dim mirror may be able to fit this in, depending on how high the mirror was installed. Remember the Gentex mirror that is used on our Toyota's is the same one installed on many other auto makers.

I know it WON'T fit the following: 4runners with headliner mount mirror, Tundra's with upgraded auto dim mirror (regular mirror it may fit, the auto dim mirror doesn't adjust as much as the stock one)

This message appeared on Friday. I don't want to sound pushy, but it would be nice to get an update with the promised information.

Ifyou have problems or questions with your particular order, you will need to contact John at john@socalmotorsports.com or 714-724-7978. Please be aware that he has been inundated with the SG orders and questions from various forums the GB was available on.

I don't have a problem with my particular order, I merely want to know a few general facts that I am sure many other buyers would also be interested in. I did e-mail John at SoCal Motorsports last Thursday, asking if either SoCal Motorsports or Linear Logic will send us an e-mail with a shipment tracking number, but so far have not received an answer.

Calling John would be your best bet if you want a quick answer. And yes, like John (AH64ID), said, give the guy a break. I posted the info on Friday. I'm assuming John from SoCal Motorsports doesn't work weekends so he'll probably respond in the next couple of days. Everyone needs to keep their panties on, I've talked to John personally and he's trying to take care of everyone.

Ya the guy is getting us a great deal on this buy so we just need to let him take care of the business end. As far as everyone worried about where the orders are I wouldnt be worried until like a good several weeks and yours hasnt showed up, when everyone elses has. But as of now we know theres at least something going on, and thats good enough for me.

When I talked to John last week he indicated that the units would be shipped directly from the ScanGuage location to each of us.

Some of of the earlier messages indicated we should receive the units somewhere between the 24th and the 28th
