Well its 4% for me. Maybe they do it by state and how many transactions you do with them. I have been a member for over 4 years (probably more actually). I remember when it was 1.5%.

And why do you even need to ask? I am already offering them for $55 shipped, thats including the paypal fee.

 

Also, they don't fit a 3rd gen. 4Runner...in fact, the ONLY thing that crosses over from a 2nd gen to a 3rd gen is the driver and a V6 third member.

As for Paypal it's pretty much the same for everybody...I just checked the going rate and it's 2.9%+$0.30, which most people round up to at least 3% so-depending on the price may or may not cover the entire charge.
I remember when it was free, but I guess they're a business and have to make money somehow. Especially now that it's owned by Schmebay.

Regardless, $55 shipped is a GREAT price! Like he said- it already includes the Paypal fee AND shipping- so what's it matter? I bought the same thing from Pro Comp and IIRC it was $65 plus shipping.
IMO-even if you're only going up about 3" you should still get this drop bracket. I don't know about 4Crawler's, but my Pro Comp was supposed to be 4" and my axle was still off after putting some FJ-80 coils on.

I figure if they are freaking out about my 4% (Which IS my rate on my account, quite possibly due to inactivity over the past year) I am not going to spend the time bartering with them over a measly $55.

Thats virtually pocket change this day in age.
