Do you think i could fit on a 99 4runner... If so i would like it... Dibs if so, and could you give me the measurment of the width from side to side so that i can check and see if it will fit also?

I have no experiance with the 3rd gen 4runners or their parts so I really dont have a clue. I could tell you as much as you could tell me right now to be honest.

But judging by this website, it looks like the same exact rear end?

Yes. all hardware (which consists of only bolts) comes with the bracketry.

Why doesnt this bracket fit a 3rd Gen? Cant i just weld it in or something?

I dont know if it does or does not. I do not have access to a 3rd generation 4runner.

Since you are only in TN and I am in SW Virginia... Can i forward you 20 bucks, and you ship it to me? Then once i get it I will go outside and test fit it, and if it works, I will gladly pay the other 35? This way if its bad, I will simply return it and get my "deposit" back.
