I really hope that wasn't towards me since I didn't even make you an offer I just asked if $14000 was really your asking price.

Perhaps I read it wrong, but saying "go in halves" to me means 7k for my truck.
perhaps I jumped the gun, and if so I apologize and shall edit my post accordingly.
14k really is my asking price, tho I will take best offer. These trucks around here go for 11-14K without any extra options.

Man they love the 4 wheel drive around here! But, there is a lot of places to use 4x4 too.
GA is prolly a little far. Unless they are selling those trucks down there for $6000?

Your CL link is not working. Also, you might want to just sell locally. Around here, you can pick up a similar vehicle for $10k all day, and that's with probably 100k miles. And those mods don't add value to the truck. It's better if you part it out and put stock parts back in. I'm not trying to crap on your thread. Just suggesting you sell it locally. I know how high prices can be in WA. When I was trying to sell my old 98 4Runner, I had people from WA calling me all the time. I sold one of my cars to a guy out of Seattle a few years back, and he told me the car prices up there are 20-30% higher than normal, so I can understand where you are coming from with your price. Anyway, good luck with the sale.

I base my price off KBB, as I have stated several times. the mods and KBB price are more than reasonable. However, i am more than willing to wheel and deal.

KBB means nothing. It's a very unreliable resource. No auto dealers will use that. They mostly use NADA or a more accurate source of info is the car auctions.

NADA is $10,550

If I were you I wouldn't mention the interior swap in your craigslist ad. It screams stolen vehicle. WE know the true story of the interior, but a perspective buyer might be leary.

Blue book has gone down, so I will adjust my price accordingly. However, you also did not include all the options. Realistic bluebook is 9500, there were several options you forgot to check.
Anyways, its become very clear that no one on YT is interested in the truck, even for making an offer. So i will edit my ad, and no longer put it up for sale to YT members.
If someone still wants to make me an offer go ahead, but for now Im taking the ad down. its just not worth trying to sell anything on YT anymore.
I may put it back up in the future if it doesn't sell, but I dont have a lot of time to wait around for lowballers and tire kickers.

It's not lowballing,it's the realistic real world prices it what the buyers on here look for.
I saw a member just bought a '99 4wd w/89k for $8700 with a lift,tires and lights.
Good luck with the sale but don't sound so much like you are taking it personally by what people percieve as a fair price;remember on here you aren't dealing with average buyers and $14k just isn't realistic for a 137k 4Runner. I paid less than that for mine 4 years ago with 92k on it and mine had bigger tires, tint and a Yakima rack.
3rd gens are simply aging and the market value has dropped since more and more 4th gens are creeping into the teens.
