gear for a 2nd gen with ifs

blew up the front ring and pinion, so i need a front diff with 4:10's or a set of thirds with 4:56's or 4:88's .. local pickup only, so in washiongton!
what do you have>

there one local for $75, with time/gas its cheeper so thanks anyway
