this all from a '91?
All working when you pulled?

Did you replace bearings?

Any whine from it at speed?

yeah I had the gears installed about a year before I did my SAS. Entire setup kit was installed with new bearings. There wasn't any whining in 4wd. I have manual hubs, so the gears were only engaged 3 times for light offroading. The gears are basically new.
