black stock came off 99 prerunner. about 2 1/2 inches tall and attaches under the fener with metal screws. They should cover the holes if you had the ones that clip into the fenders. they do have some scratches and they have some paint splatter , but can be removed. feel free to ask any questions or if you need more pics i can email you

Very interested, but I am confused what I'm looking at...where are these holes located in comparison to what is showing? Are you saying that once these are mounted, the holes and damage won't be visible?

 

the flares mount under the fender along the front edge. as far as the damage,scratches they will be visible. the one flare is the worst. if need be i can email you more pictures.
