I would buy a kit but funds are tight right now. If you do another group buy in a couple months ill def be in on at least one kit. BTW, whats the warranty on these kits?
Thanks deserttoy! The light output is truly amazing!

These kits come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. If someone experiences issues, they will send the defective part to me, and I forward it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then ship it directly to the customer. ALL this at our cost and tracked via DHL!

I'm very interested as well, as i am pretty fed up with the performance of every halogen bulb i've used. I have some questions as well. How easy is it to find these bulbs once they finally burn out (say if I don't buy them from this same manufacturer), and how much are the replacements when that time comes around? How easy is it to reverse the install if the need presents itself? I'm interested in the True Bi-Xenon 6000k for H4's

Installing an hid kit into your stock headlights takes an hour at the MOST unless you have to put new lenses on your vehicle if you got like sealed beams. To reverse the hid kit you just unplug the hid kit and pull it out then hook your halogen bulb back up. How it works is you run a positive and negative to the battery, then plug your stock bulb harness into the hid harness which goes to a relay. when you turn on your lights it just trips the hid relay and tells the hids what to do basically. It truly is plug and play and on a scale of 1-10 (10 being very hard) i would give it a 2 for difficulty,I would give it a 1 but its a slighty harder then checking your oil or tire pressure. I also HIGHLY doubt a bulb will go out on you. It would take years of running them every night for a long time.

^Good response Desert. You pretty much nailed every point on the head.

The kit life is around 3000 hrs which is about 6x that of a regular halogen. But Jonathan, if you want extra bulbs, I can get them...Let me know.

The install is very straight forward, no splicing of wires or anything. It's just a matter of plugging everything in and finding a suitable mounting location for the ballasts and transformers. To take it apart, you just reverse what you did.

^Yep, I got that. Now you gotta choose a color.

I'd recommend you stay between 4300k - 6000k for the best light output.

4300k will be white (sunlight).
5000 will be mostly white with a slight blue tint.
6000k will be mostly white with a greater blue.

Let me know if you have any further questions and I can give you more advice on color if you need it. It's really a matter of preference.

Would like to join group buy

I've got a 92 4Runner - Would like 9004 6000k true-bixenon - is that $200 for the set or each bulb kit? If for the both, I'd like to go ahead. I pulled the bulb and it says 9004, so I'm assuming that's the right number for both hi/and low.

Wow. I'd love one, but can't afford one. How much are they when you're looking at non-group buy pricing?

True bi-xenon at 4300k - curious, do they come any warmer? I'd love something between 4300k and 3300k.

Hi Woody, yes, all kits have:

-2 bulbs,
-2 ballasts
-All required wiring
-All mounting hardware.

The 9004 is a Hi and Lo bulb, however, we only have True-Bixenon in H4. We do have it in Bixenon Moving though. Is that ok for you?

Hi Nick, the regular price with out GB for the True Bixenon is $265. I don't stock inventory, so ordering 1 single kit will be extremely expensive due to the shipping and wire transfer. You still have 2 weeks though!

I'm worried about he moving piece of the bixenon. If you think it would be okay, I'll go ahead. Otherwise, I could just go with xenon and halogen. Please advise what you think I should go with. I've got Silverstars now and their okay...best I've had in a long time.

The only thing I have lower than 4300k will be 3000k which is yellow. Typically, people get the 3000k for their fogs (which isn't to say you can't use any other color in the fogs).

If you want the best light output, you want 4300k. It's going to be a pure white and comparable to sunlight shining on the object.

It depends on your bulb size. If you have 9004, the only dual beam option is the Bixenon moving.

I wouldn't be too worried about the kits failing. They are high quality, and if it broke, there is a 1 year warranty which I will handle at my expense. For some of CNlights larger clients who order thousands at a time, the most returned for warranty was something like 8 kits.

I'll take the 9004 bixenon moving in 6000k. Let me know what else you need from me. I'll paypal when you need. I'm excited about this option. I really wanted a clean look and improved lighting. Not always easy. Thanks so much.
