Aisin IFS manual hubs

Got two sets for sale fitting the 1986-1995 trucks and 4Runners. I gathered miscellaneous parts from a friend's scrap yard, cleaned them all up with solvent, and meticulously rebuilt each hub. Every part has been taken out, cleaned, and greased with white lithium.

Downsides:

1) The action of the handle is not super smooth, although they all do turn okay and can be done by hand. The original seals are still in there which is most likely the problem, but it's still weatherproof at least.

2) The outsides on two of the hubs are not very pretty, and the face plates have mostly stripped off paint. The other two look pretty good.

Make an offer on a set of REBUILT factory hubs. All I've ever heard is that these are as strong or stronger than Warns, so why pay $120 for a set?

(Just a side-note, if you want these suckers to look REALLY good, get callmej75 to powdercoat them for you!)

I didn't include pix because you all should know what these look like

They are 27 spline however so I KNOW they fit on the 86-95 IFS.

Well, after watchind some eBay bids, I have seen a few sets go for $65 with $15 shipping. I'd be happy to match that, and I'll sell the ugly set for a little bit less.

Btw, I will consider all offers for trades for interior parts for 1st gen 4Runners, red or grey interior.

well generally you post pics of the items you have for sale so for one you can prove that you actually have them & the potential buyers can get an idea of what kind of shape there in.

Anybody know if these are the right hubs to use for a 3rd gen 4runner swap? If they are, hit me up when you get some pics.

I'll have 'em up tonight. I had a change of heart and decided to clean up and paint the faceplates.

With all my parts I still have only two sets, but I do have a good deal of leftover parts, including a couple of extra hub bodies with the two gears inside of them, spindle nuts, cone washers, etc. Let me know if you need any of that crap.

One more addition to the downsides, I don't have the 6 little 6mm bolts that hold the faceplates on. But you can get those at Advance or something for like $2.

I'm asking $80 a set (includes shipping). Again, pics will be up tonight and let me know if you just need a single part because I have lots of extras.

Just an idea, to those of you who end up buying these things from me...

Even though I've spraypainted them, I would love to get a powdercoating on them and especially on my set. I could send up to 3 sets of my own faceplates and if I included your sets and sent them all to callmej75 maybe he'll give us a group rate

Then if he's willing he could ship your sets separately back to you and mine back to me. Keep that in mind when you PM me, it would be sweet to work something out like that.

Plus we need to give this guy some business to he doesn't have to eat canned corn anymore...
