I have a rusty one I'm planning on taking off soon. It can be blasted and painted.

 

I have a good one I just took off, it has very light surface rust on the bar and the brackets but is in very good shape and is OEM. You will need bolts. I will see how much it is to ship, what is your zip code?

I am not too worried about cosmetics, I plan to replace the rear bumper anyway with an integral receiver.

Well $100 is fine with me, shipped. Like I said, You will need to buy the bolts but those are nothing special, just metric grade 8.
