What brand are they...where did you get them? What kind of condition are they in...looks like maybe some rust on them???

Not sure of a brand. Got them from Ebay. I already said they were new and that I had them installed but realized afterwards they were the wrong size. The plates on the outside were on a 1992 V6 4Runner. I don't think that part matters though, I just thought I would throw them in with the mounts.
