Nope, no locker. Truth be told, the 4Runner was my Mom's. She drove it to go hiking in the backcountry and used the 4 wheel drive to get to a favorite cabin in the woods, etc. She's Dutch, so it's incredibly clean. I'm just helping her sell it and got turned onto this site.
