It needs:
Steering box leaks a little
Wrist pin bushings are worn and motor makes a little noise above 3k RPM because of this it could use a motor. Has about 10k left in it. Uses about a quart every 3k miles (more if you drive hard).
if it sets for more than 3 days the battery will die (slow drain from stereo)

I drive this truck 20 miles a day to and from work and never go above 3k RPM to kind of baby it. I go 4 wheeling as often as I can and it has never let me down. I love this truck and wouldn't be getting rid of it if the Apt complex/ wife would let me have 4 vehicles. I'm going to have Brian (thefatkid) look at it to get it running better in the next couple of weeks.
