I already inquired, I want to see some better pics of the body and see how much rust there is, one of the owner's friends posted it on the fjcruiser.com forums. It is such a good deal that I may have to find a way to buy it.

I am just giving you a hard time

I won't be hurt if someone else buys it, I already have a boat project. If I tried to bring anything else home the wifey would be pissed. But, if I start grad school in the spring like I hope it wouldn't be too bad for the 12 mile commute back and forth.

 

whoever gets it getting one hell of a deal. I mean the winch & bumper alone are worth close to half his asking price. He just sent me pics, but I can't spare the 3500.

 

The craigslist pics? I just asked for some after he told me the frame did have some rust and was told I would have to wait until the weather improves. I love the Sr5 graphics that came on those but I am not a fan of the graphics on that truck, not that it really matters.

 

I'll forward the e-mail of the pics he sent to me if you PM your e-mail. They are the same ones as on the ad, but larger. Because as much as I'd like it, and it is on the east coast, I can't afford another project right now.

 

Frame has rust huh...I didn't get told that.

 

Surface rust, and the body has rust in all the "typical places" but he hasn't elaborated on that yet. The body does have some rust holes. I still wonder why he didn't send me the pictures he sent 1985 4runner.

 

I got a zipped file of pics...doesn't show any more than the 4 on the ad. I want to see UNDER it and IN the engine bay and inside.

That cheap, my gut tells me something is wrong with it, not necessarily major, but something he doesn't want to fix or pay to have fixed...might be easy for someone else. Parts he has on it are worth $3500 easily...and that takes it back to stock.

Not much of a picture...and the zip file...just more of the same 4 on the ad. You aren't missing anything...

 

You should send him a link to this post, I am no longer interested, when 3 people inquire about something they shouldn't all three get different info and different pictures. Plus, I don't consider anything that has rust holes in the body to be minor.

 

I just got an e-mail from him to a link with 32 pictures-sorting through them now.

 

I just got a google video Complete witha walk around of the truck with the hood up and running. Seriously, I guess the weather cleared up!
