I will be needing new tires in the spring. I Need them in a 32X11.50 size. I am closely looking at the Yokohama Geolander AT's and the Micky Thompson Baja Radial MTXs.

Both will suit my needs, are about the same price and such but I need to know about tread life. Since every add and catalog listing describes a tires treadlife as "fantastic" or "great overall", I'm looking for some real world input.

If you have had these tires (or have them) please share your opinions about thier tread life as well as any other thoughts you may have. THANKS!

the yokos are pretty soft..... probably expect 30-40k out of them

 

yep, I have the yok's and had em on my bro's last Runner and they lasted about 45k (coulda gone a lil more) with 6-8k tire rotations. They are pretty soft, but what a awesome tire!!
