Wheels, LOTS of choices

okay guys...i think i'm going to go with 16" rims..lots of tire choices and lots of nice looking rims.

http://www.ultrawheel.com/pdf/rims/2...%20%20RWD1.pdf

that's a wheel i JUST found...wanting to know if it will fit on my 4runner with MANUAL hubs..

so what i need to know is if the center bore is big enough... 106.1mm...i have NO clue what mine is on my 4runner lol..that's why i'm asking!

other rims are these
ProComp X-TREME ALLOYS - 8069's
ProComp X-TREME ALLOYS - 8179's

any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

P.S. i know the 8069's fit, because Backgateyota has them on his pickup LOL

so just out of curiosity......

What percentage of this website would disown me if i threw a set of 20's and mud grapplers on the 4runner?

again it's just out of curiosity...

i want 20's BAD...but NEW tires are EXPENSIVE...but i see used 33x12.50's for sale allll the time for CHEAP with LOTS of tread.

not looking to go to 20's because of the $$$...but it's always a possibility..lol

still wanting some 15's-17's

hahaha figured i'd get that kind of response LOL

i believe i'm leaning more towards the 17's now...i'm seeing LOTS of 17" mud terrains (used) for sale on the internet...and i'm ALLLL ABOUT cheap used good stuff

17" kick arse rims...some good 33x12.50's (or similar metric size) would look pretty good!!!

ad if anyone could help on the part about the Ultra Maverick's fitting on the 4runner..i'd appreciate it!!

by the way...the reason for not knowing if the Ultra wheels will fit..is because of the 106.1MM bore...idk if that's big enough for the manual hubs i'm putting on the 4runner or not.

okay guys...pretty sure i got my tire and wheel combo down

the Ultra Maverick's will fit...but it's CLOSE..i got a measurement of 4 1/8 on the manual hubs..with is like 4.125"..and the center bore on the new wheels is 4.17..so i'm thinkin if it doesn't fit..or is too close to where i have to squeeze em on..then i can get a machine shop to drill out the center a little bit....anybody have any opinions??? i'm like IN LOVE with these wheels...so yea LOL..and it would be $612 shipped to my door for them.

it's a 17" rim lol..and i'm spending the $$$ on the rims because i want a set of rims that will look GREAT..i'm not too in to BIG rims..but i think 17's would look great.

and because i'm really into buying used tires...and i'm CONSTANTLY seeing A LOT of used 17" mud terrains and all terrains...

the only tires i ever see for sale for 15's are super swampers...like right now i could get a BRAND NEW set of boggers (33x12.50R15) for $500 with the stickers still on them...that's all i ever see are swampers..and i need a good highway MT..not an extreme MT

it all depends on the type of mud lol..where i'm at..a Tall skinny tire would be best...but if you're going through mud with no bottom...then a wide tire would be best lol

i'm thinkin 285/70R17's will look okay on my runner...hopefully they won't be too small and make it look funny lol

for the price you're paying for 17" rims that look great you could buy a set of 15" beadlocks that actually function... search eaton beadlocks.
