Wal*Mart mud tires
#27
I just got done hammering a set of Treadwrights.
I'd pass on them.........overall.........a soft compound that did not last me more than 2 seasons.
A bit of noise (whining) on the road as well and I was using standard AT tires.
Hankook F10's new are what I''m doing next.

i disagree with sharrack i run treadwrights and my last set i got 50 thousand out of them and all mud tires humm, but the guard dog treadwrights are fairly quiet from the lugs being closer together and at a slight angle. i bought 315-70-17 or 35-12.5-17 for 624 shipped to my door and took 1.5 oz. at the most to balance. im never buying new tires again and am sticking with treadwrights they wont let you down, i believe the compound isnt that bad the rubber seems to grip granite like nobodys business and i drive mostly on the street 60+ miles a day and the wear has been awesome

I have mastercraft Courser MT's on my K10, they ride like a rock and they get pretty decent traction. I got about 15K on them and they have not lost too much, though it's noticeable. They do better in mud than they do snow. 520$ for 31's.
