Which tires, and Why?

Tires for Christmas? I think so. So this is where my decision begins and I would really like everyone to help me make a decision. Im open to all opinions but please lets try and keep it on the tires i've laid out in this forum. Heres my case. I have a 92 4runner with bald toyo 31x10.50 A/Ts. Great little tire. Lasted me a pretty good amount for the treatment I gave them. Only lasted about 30k because i was careless and didn't really desire to take care of them. But now, I want to upgrade to 33x12.50s. Dont talk to me about getting them to fit, please. I know what I need to do. anyway, here are my choices:

BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM2

$206.99 per tire
$752.96 per set
$75.00 rebate

Good tire, heard and read alot of great things about it. plus 93yotaSR5 runs them and he does great on the trails so not only are good things talked about them, I've seen them in action. So, given that. They're on the list of Tires I'd love to own/purchase.

Mickey Thompson Baja Claw Radial

$216.99 per tire
$781.16 per set

Another great tire, and not only have I read amazing things about this tire. It looks damn cool with the directional tread. I, personally, haven't seen anyone run this tire, I only know what I've read on YT. Right now, This is my #1 choice but I wanted to research and hear everyones opinions before I make my decision.

Mickey Thompson MTZ Traditional Radial

$211.99 per tire
$763.16 per set

Haven't read much on this tire. Figured i'd list it just to provide some sort of variety. All in favor of this tire, please voice your opinion. Personally. I'd rather have the Baja Claws over this for a $5.00 difference.

Dick cepek Radial Mud Country

$202.99 per tire
$811.96 per set

Most expensive of all the tires i've listed so far. One thing I dont like about this tire is the white lettering on the sidewalls. I haven't really researched this one either. My uncle ran them on his truck back when he used to have a late 80s 4x4 pick up. He said they were insanely loud and wore fast. but were very good in the mud. If enough people recommend this tire, I'll definitely consider it.

Goodyear Wrangler MTR With Kevlar

$199.99 per tire
$799.96 per set

Last but not least, The Goodyear MT. I wanted to include this one because I like the look of the unique tread pattern. not exactly the cheapest tire, but I would sport these, none the less.

Now the reason I did not include the Pro-comps is because I've heard too many bad things about them not honoring their warranties, etc etc. I am open for full opinions. If anyone wants to ask me what my truck is used for, I'll answer that now. Its a DD / weekend toy. Most of my wheeling is dirt trails, occasional rocks, snow, and occasional mud. I'm really leaning on the Mickey Thompson Baja Claw radials, because its one of the cheaper tires, looks bada$$, and i've read alot of great things about them. No one has complained about that particular tire. but enough from me. what's everybody think?

Honestly, Im stuck between the Baja claw Radials and the KM2s the KM2s come with a rebate, and a 100 dollar gift card. but then again I love the look of the Baja Claw Radials and what i've read about them. Why did you go with the Dick Cepeks?

I would go with the KM2's ... I've known a few people to run Baja Claws. While they look great, they didn't have a long tread life and had some trouble in the rain.

I run the Baja Claws. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Great in every terrain that I've tried so far. They can be a little bit slippery on wet pavement, but on the bright side, they are pretty much impossible to hydroplane. I hit a 30-40 foot long flooded road with 5 inches of standing water at 40+ MPH, without losing control in any sense.
They look awesome too ^^

Well hmm... What's everyone suggest for a DD / weekend fun 4runner? Im looking to get 30k miles atleast out of a set of these Mud terrain tires. They'll be rotated every 5k. So start listing some ideas. feel free to voice some opinions

I daily drive the claws and I'm not going to lie. They aren't quiet, but they aren't annoying at freeway speeds either. They are a little bumpy under low speed braking. You can feel the tread blocks under 20-15 MPH, under heavy braking. (I do have very good brakes though, so that may be why. Very nice pads from carbotech). They are wearing every evenly and almost no wear shown at 6k miles. I rotate every 2500 miles. They are exceptionally good in loose dirt/forrest floor. Completely happy with my purchase, but don't expect them to drive like an all terrain. No experience with the other tires though. Just thought I'd give more of an overview of my experience with them.

http://www.offroaders.com/tech/AT-MT...ination-MT.htm is what I'm currently running and am rather happy with them. The side walls are heavy and the bead protector is nice too. I've ran them down to 3-5psi without issue. Good road manners and even good wet traction. Have ran them 2yrs but maybe 15,000-20,000 miles still has really good tread. I sourced them online as the on-post Firestone is a thief for the price they wanted.

Do like the looks of the new MTR too.

Those look good, but how much are they? Has anyone had any experience with the Cooper STTs?
