A/T tire recommendation please. Looking at Cooper

Hi,
I have 31X10.5 on 15" rims as the factory size.
I have ten year old Les Schwab wild country on them and there is about 1/4" tread left but the tires are pretty hard and slippery now. I want to put new ones on for the winter.

I have no name brand tires in an A/T pattern at $115/each.
I have the Cooper SST Pro at $180/each.
I sure like the Cooper but it is a lot of money.

Do any of you have something in the middle of the range that you like. I am tired of reading reviews.
The truck is in SW Washington, so rain, mud and some snow in the hills and in the fields is to be expected.

Thanks for any input. I will consider all options.
Kevin

I just got some Falken Wildpeak AT3W tires put on my Land Cruiser. It's a brand new tire design from Falken, unlike the previous two Wildpeak AT versions. Winter rated I believe, so should do well in the rain snow and ice.
When I called around, these were by far the cheaper name-brand tire option for me. You can look at my recent tire thread about the tires I was looking at.
Good luck.

I just put Yokohama Geolander A/T one my Chevy. See my review on them here. Will be putting a set on my 4Runner when needed. I was looking at cooper AT/P and AT/3 when I realized the mileage I got on my last set of Yokohamas. So I went with another set. Same price as Coopers and Discount Tire had a $60 mail in rebate going as well.
